From March 3-22, The Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo takes over the city. If you're in Houston during this time, you should absolutely get tickets. With all the fried food (including cheesecake, s'mores, and brownies), farm animals, concert performances, bull riding, mutton bustin', and overall Texas pride it's the perfect time to visit the Lone Star State.
